HANK’s winemaking bones lie in the ancient earth of South Australia’s McLaren Vale, a region of rolling hills, old-vine vineyards and saltbush scented breezes whispering in from the Gulf of Saint Vincent. Where this vibrant land meets the sea, you will discover flavours that run from crushed berry brightness, through to dark chocolate, roast coffee and black olive contrast. 

HANK’s real secret lies in a short but sweet stay in aged bourbon barrels, imparting a distinctive richness to the wine, filling out the finish with a hint of sweet perfumed leather.
